0:00Let's take a break today from this constant need to do.

0:05Make a conscious decision to stop being a person doing and become a person simply being, just experiencing the moment and reconnecting with God.

0:21Let's start by taking a few nice deep breaths.

0:31As your breath begins to relax your body, allow your eyes to close, like the sun sets.

0:44Now, take a moment to consider this verse: "I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb.

0:56Before you were born, I set you apart." And again, "I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb.

1:16Before you were born, I set you apart." When it feels comfortable, take a few nice deep breaths in, really making a point to expand the body and expand the

1:53chest.

2:02Notice how the breath makes you feel.

2:16Now, let the breath begin to settle.

2:25As your breath begins to settle, allow the body to become heavy.

2:39Notice any sensations in the body.

2:45See if you're holding onto any tension.

2:53Maybe the body is tight or maybe it's not.

3:00Either is okay.

3:09You're just scanning the body, looking for any areas of tightness and letting them release.

3:25And if the mind drifts away in thought, slowly bring it back to the feelings in the body and the breath.

3:46Your body knows how to relax.

3:57You don't have to think about it for it to happen.

4:01You are simply uncovering the calm that was always present.

4:16Let your awareness rest in the arms of God.

4:36Now, bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

4:50Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them with an easy curiosity.

5:17Now, take a few deep breaths and allow the body to relax a little more with each exhale.

5:43With each passing thought, allow your awareness to rest deeper into God's love.

6:05Now, begin to deepen the breath.

6:25Inhale slowly and lengthen the breath, and then exhale, letting go of the breath.

6:43And then right back into the next inhale.

6:51Slow it down and make it deep.

7:02And then exhale.

7:04Let the body relax.

7:20Now, allow your breath to settle, and let your mind settle with it.

7:42Give yourself space just to be who you are, a child of God.

8:04Take this verse with you.

8:08"I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb.

8:14Before you were born, I set you apart." When it feels easy, bring your attention back to the feeling of the breath.

8:39Take a few more deep breaths and slowly allow your eyes to open.

8:48Notice how the breath changes the way you feel.

8:53I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

8:57We'll see you again tomorrow.

9:00Take care of yourself.
