0:00Concentrating your attention on a single thing is powerful.

0:10Whether that's getting into a flow state at work, or listening and communicating with your partner.

0:17Bringing your full attention to something is powerful.

0:28Today, as you meditate, focus on Jesus' love for you.

0:37Know that you are seen, and Jesus is always with you.

0:48Let's begin by noticing the weight of the body, allowing the body to relax into the chair.

1:04And as the body begins to relax, allow your eyes to close.

1:15Take a moment to consider this verse, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but

1:32have eternal life." And again, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal

1:56life." Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

2:16Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

2:27Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

2:41Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly, and then exhale, controlling the breath.

2:58Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

3:08This is all that matters right now.

3:16Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

3:23Release it to God.

3:35Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

3:49Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your Creator, who loves you.

4:07Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

4:23Remember, this is a place of love.

4:29Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

4:35God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

4:48Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

5:11With a gentle curiosity, begin to notice the breath.

5:30Make the breath deep and full of life.

5:36Allow that fresh air to fill up the lungs, and then relax the body as you exhale.

6:05Let your body become heavy as your mind continues to relax.

6:14You are exactly where you need to be.

6:35And now, come to the heartbeat, maybe even listen for its rhythm.

6:57Just relaxing and releasing.

7:11If the thoughts take you away, that's okay.

7:18When it's easy, bring your awareness back to the heartbeat.

7:37Just listen to your heartbeat and the gentle sound of your breath.

7:57Let your breath act as an anchor to this moment and this practice.

8:15With each breath, allow yourself to rest further into the calm of God's love.

8:39Take this verse with you: "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal

8:55life." When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to the room, just noticing the room with a gentle appreciation.

9:23And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly open.

9:29Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:33I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:36We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
