0:01As you begin to relax into this meditation, consider that you're creating a place where God can dwell in you.

0:18You're creating space in your life and in your mind.

0:27You're giving God the freedom and room to work more naturally in your life.

0:37Let's start by taking a few nice, deep breaths.

0:49As your breath begins to relax your body, allow your eyes to close, like the sun sets.

1:02Now, take a moment to consider this verse: "If you make the Most High your dwelling, then no harm will befall you." Again.

1:25"If you make the Most High your dwelling, then no harm will befall you." When it feels comfortable, take a few nice, deep breaths in, really making a point to

1:59expand the body and expand the chest.

2:11Notice how the breath makes you feel.

2:25Now, let the breath begin to settle.

2:35As your breath begins to settle, allow the body to become heavy.

2:49Notice any sensations in the body.

2:55See if you're holding onto any tension.

3:03Maybe the body is tight, or maybe it's not.

3:09Either is okay.

3:19You're just scanning the body, looking for any areas of tightness and letting them release.

3:35And if the mind drifts away in thought, slowly bring it back to the feelings in the body and the breath.

3:55Your body knows how to relax.

4:07You don't have to think about it for it to happen.

4:11You are simply uncovering the calm that was always present.

4:26Let your awareness rest in the arms of God.

4:45Now, bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

5:00Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them with an easy curiosity.

5:26Now, take a few deep breaths and allow the body to relax a little more with each exhale.

5:52With each passing thought, allow your awareness to rest deeper into God's love.

6:15Now, begin to deepen the breath.

6:35Inhale slowly and lengthen the breath, and then exhale, letting go of the breath.

6:53And then right back into the next inhale.

7:01Slow it down and make it deep.

7:11And then exhale.

7:14Let the body relax.

7:29Now, allow your breath to settle and let your mind settle with it.

7:52Give yourself space just to be who you are, a child of God.

8:13Take this verse with you, "If you make the Most High your dwelling, then no harm will befall you." When it feels easy, bring your attention back to the feeling

8:42of the breath.

8:44Take a few more deep breaths and slowly allow your eyes to open.

8:53Notice how the breath changes the way you feel.

8:58I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:02We'll see you again tomorrow.

9:05Take care of yourself.
