0:00There are so many little frustrations that occur throughout the day, just little things that throw you off and steal your peace of mind.

0:10Sharing those frustrations with God is an easy way to let go.

0:16Like clouds passing by, these little annoyances will come and go, and the sun will shine again.

0:27Okay, let's begin by getting comfortable, taking a few nice, big, deep breaths.

0:41And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:51Now take a moment to consider this verse.

0:57Pour out all your worries and stress upon Him, and leave them there.

1:11And again, pour out all your worries and stress upon Him, and leave them there.

1:34When it feels comfortable, go ahead and take a few deep breaths in.

1:45Nice and easy.

1:53Let the breath settle and become natural, and bring your attention to the space in the room, not thinking too hard about it, just becoming aware of your body and

2:15your surroundings.

2:26Notice the air on the skin.

2:34Feel the chair beneath you.

2:44Pay attention to the position of your body.

2:49Make sure that you're comfortable.

3:02Notice the state of your mind.

3:08Does the mind feel calm?

3:11Does it feel restless?

3:15Both are okay, just a simple, easy noticing.

3:36Just noticing the space, almost like you're an observer.

3:50Notice the gentle sound of your breath coming in and going out, deepening the inhales and extending the exhales, letting the body rest.

4:25Just relax.

4:41Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

4:49Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

5:05Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

5:23Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly, and then exhale, controlling the breath.

5:48Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

5:56This is all that matters right now.

6:02Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

6:09Release it to God.

6:20Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

6:38Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your creator, who loves you.

6:57Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

7:14Remember, this is a place of love.

7:20Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

7:26God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

7:44Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

8:04Take this verse with you.

8:08Pour out all your worries and stress upon Him, and leave them there.

8:26Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the body, maybe even move your fingers and toes a little bit.

8:38When it feels natural, allow your eyes to slowly open.

8:45Take another big deep breath in, and let it out with a sigh.

8:52Notice how you feel.

8:55I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

8:58We'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
