0:01God tells us to cast our anxiety on Him, because He cares.

0:08This is something we can learn to do every day.

0:13Rely on the one who loves you and watches over you.

0:18Today, ask God to fill your spirit with His presence.

0:27Okay, let's begin by getting comfortable and taking a few deep breaths.

0:39As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:51Now take a moment to consider this verse: "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you.

1:04I do not give to you as the world gives.

1:09Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not be afraid." And again, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you.

1:32I do not give to you as the world gives.

1:36Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not be afraid." Bring your attention to any tightness in the body, just noticing how the body feels.

2:17Start by relaxing the hands, letting go of any tension in the hands.

2:33Allow the arms to totally relax, letting go at the elbows and the wrists.

2:49Let the shoulders fall away from the ears.

3:02Let the legs become heavy.

3:11Allow the muscles to completely let go.

3:25Let your body totally relax and release.

3:41And now, if it feels comfortable, take a big, deep breath, letting the air fill up the body.

3:57Feel the chest rise on the inhale and fall on the exhale.

4:14Notice how the breath changes the way the body feels.

4:31And now, for a moment or two, let go of any focus, and just allow yourself to be.

5:01Now, let's take some nice, deep breaths, in through the nose, and out through the mouth.

5:24Just noticing and observing the breath, watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

5:48Listen to the gentle sound of your breathing.

6:08Begin to notice any feelings you may have brought with you today.

6:24Thoughts are a natural part of meditation.

6:32Just leave those feelings right where they are and then gently come back to the feeling of the breath.

6:57Long, deep inhale, then a slow controlled exhale.

7:14Allow the breath to calm the mind and relax the body.

7:29And now allow your awareness to fall and move inward, finding that place where you feel loved.

7:51Feel that natural peace in God's presence.

8:05Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

8:26Take this verse with you.

8:30"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you.

8:37I do not give to you as the world gives.

8:42Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling of your breath.

9:07Listen to the sound of your breathing, and when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take another deep breath in.

9:22Give yourself a stretch and sit back and relax.

9:26Remember to take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.

9:34I hope you feel better.

9:37Take care, and we'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
