Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as a general rule. If you purchased a subscription to Hope through Apple or Google, via in-app purchasing, you will need to contact them if you wish to receive a refund. To request a refund from Apple, you will need to contact iTunes within 14 days from your purchase date. We cannot offer refunds directly for any purchases made through Apple or Google at any time.
