My husband and I have been so blessed to really understand meditation every morning, before I used to think it was for “ new age religion “and no offense to them it just wasn’t for me. I’m grateful to incorporate the Bible and Jesus into our meditation. Thank you for creating this app, it has changed our mornings and days. When I didn’t listen to this app one morning I could tell. I'm a nurse and I have a tendency to come home after a shift and not be able to stop worrying about my patients. I lose sleep over it. I actually initially downloaded several meditation apps after my weight loss program recommended incorporating meditation into my daily routine, but I wanted something Bible based. This Hope app is just... a life saver. I’m able to come home, lie down and do a meditation and surrender my patients to God who loves them infinitely more than I ever could.

I’m able to go to sleep with a calm mind. And if I wake up and am not able to go back to sleep, now I’m reaching for Hope app to help ease my mind back into a state ready for sleep. I finished the Foundations and as soon as my next paycheck came, bought the year subscription. Not going to lie, that dollar amount hurt. But it’s worth it.

My Doctor held a lunch and learn last year and the topic was mindfulness. I listened to several of the apps on mindfulness and was very interested but wanted my meditation time spent on meditating on the Word, my God, Lord, and Savior. So I started searching. I listened to over 20 different apps and HOPE was my favorite. It really helped me understand meditating, the purpose, and the benefits. Foundation was amazing but the others were so much more and have helped calm my mind and give me such a joy and peace spending that time with God. I want them to be longer than 10 minutes. One app I explored you could set the amount of time you wanted that particular session to go and I would love that option on HOPE. Thank you HOPE for assisting in my Christian walk and helping me to learn something new.

It’s refreshing to see meditation returning to American Christianity. This app is everything you would want it to be! It’s fun and simple design makes it easy to navigate and keep track of your progress. The meditations perfectly combine mindfulness practices with scripture. The mindfulness exercises calm your mind just enough to be receptive to the ending message. I’ve always believed that God speaks to you only when you truly listen. In this world it’s so rare to find my mind quiet and at ease, therefore making it difficult to hear what He is trying to tell me. These meditations are exactly what I’ve been searching for. I would definitely recommend starting each day with a meditation from Hope! Can’t wait to get the maximum use out of this subscription!

It seems like I’ve been finding myself busier and busier with each passing day. With that, I find my time becoming more and more sparse, and my ability to focus on my relationship with God diminishing along with it.
This app is such a blessing to me in helping to ground me in the midst of everyday chaos and reinforce the life-giving discipline of mindfulness and prayer...which is fitting.
The aesthetic is awesome, the user interface is very easy to move around in, there's a fun awards system that provides positive reinforcement, the guided sessions are fantastic and this app
brings in the biggest element that I've been missing in other meditation programs and that's the core focus on Jesus.
