0:02Begin by getting comfortable and allowing your body to relax.
0:14As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.
0:29Let your awareness rest with this verse and prayer, "Three things will last forever, faith, hope, and love.
0:43And the greatest of these is love." And again, "Three things will last forever, faith, hope, and love.
1:04And the greatest of these is love." Bring your attention to the heartbeat.
1:28Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.
1:56Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.
2:02Allow the head to soften all the way down the face, softening the skin on the face and the eyes.
2:42Soften the throat and the back of the neck.
3:05Soften the collarbone, the shoulders, and the arms.
3:29Releasing the elbows, let the wrists and the hands relax, softening the chest and the stomach.
4:25Releasing the hips and the thighs, the knees.
4:42Relax the calves down to the ankles.
5:00Bring your attention back to the breath.
5:29Let's take some nice deep breaths.
5:47Make them feel easy and effortless.
5:55In through the nose and out through the mouth.
6:18Inhale.
6:20Feel how the body expands.
6:25Then slowly exhale, releasing tension as you go.
6:57Feel the air as it travels in through the nose, and feel the body fall with each exhale.
7:38With each breath, allow the chest and shoulders to soften and relax.
8:14Notice how the body feels.
8:30Allow your breath to soften and release the tension in your body.
9:10Just relaxing and releasing.
9:41There's no way to do this wrong.
9:45The breath breathes itself.
10:03Take this verse with you, "Three things will last forever, faith, hope, and love.
10:15And the greatest of these is love." God, I know you're always with me.
10:36Thank you for all of your blessings.
10:40Help me to relax and let go in your presence.
10:47I trust your plan for my life.
