0:01Let's start by taking a few nice, deep breaths.

0:12And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close, like the sun sets.

0:26As your breath begins to relax your body, allow your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer: Lord, you know everything there is to know about me.

0:51And again, Lord, you know everything there is to know about me.

1:10Now, bring your attention to the breath.

1:26Let's take some nice, deep breaths.

1:43Make them feel easy and effortless.

1:52In through the nose and out through the mouth, feeling life enter your body as you breathe in.

2:18Inhale, feel how the body expands.

2:25Then, slowly exhale, releasing tension as you go.

2:48Feel the air as it travels in through the nose and feel the body fall with each exhale.

3:29With each breath, allow the chest and shoulders to soften and relax.

4:03Notice how the body feels.

4:14Allow your breath to soften and release the tension in your body.

4:43Just relaxing and releasing.

5:05There's no way to do this wrong.

5:10The breath breathes itself.

5:33With an easy awareness, begin to bring your attention to the space in the room.

5:45Not examining it, just sensing it.

6:02Notice your place in the room.

6:10Just observing.

6:28Listen to the sounds in the room.

6:33Maybe it's a quiet room, or maybe it's not.

6:39Both are okay.

6:58You're just listening and enjoying the sounds, not wishing to change or get rid of the sounds, just accepting them.

7:30When it feels natural, slowly bring your awareness back to the body, noticing the weight of the body.

8:04Allow the body to relax as it becomes heavier.

8:32Allow yourself to leave the day behind.

8:40Let go of the stress, being mindful to stay present in this moment.

8:56Let yourself unwind and naturally relax in the presence of God.

9:25As your awareness begins to drift deeper, rest into the calm that only comes from the presence of a loving God.

9:54Take this verse with you, Lord, you know everything there is to know about me.

10:14God, I know you're always with me.

10:21Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:25Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:33I trust your plan for my life.
