0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close, like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse and prayer.

0:36"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind." And again, "Love the Lord your

1:02God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind." Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity

1:33to relax.

1:42Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

2:08Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

2:31.

2:31Allow your body and mind to relax.

2:53Nothing else matters right now.

2:58Here you are.

3:30Allow your body to relax, and feel the calm of God's presence.

4:10The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

4:16Don't resist the thoughts.

4:19Don't force them back.

4:22Be friendly with your thoughts.

4:29When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

5:05Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

5:25Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

5:41Allow your breath to make the body feel heavy.

6:02Let the body relax a little more into your bed.

6:18And on your next inhale, begin to count the breath.

6:28One on the inhale.

6:33And two on the exhale.

6:39Three on the next inhale.

6:45And four on the next exhale.

6:52Counting up to 10, and then starting over again.

7:19If you lose track of the breath, it's okay, just start over again counting from one.

8:24There's nowhere to go, nowhere to be, we're just here counting the breath.

8:52On the next exhale allow the breath to relax and become natural.

9:21Notice how the body is feeling.

9:25It might feel good or it might not.

9:31Either way, it's okay.

9:51There are no expectations.

10:01And now, for a moment or two, let your mind relax.

10:22Take this verse with you.

10:27"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind." God, I know you're always with

10:56me.

10:59Thank you for all of your blessings.

11:04Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:11I trust your plan for my life.
