0:01Let's begin by loosening the shoulders and the chest.

0:10And when you feel ready, just allow the eyes to slowly close.

0:23Bring your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer.

0:32Love never comes to an end.

0:43Again, love never comes to an end.

1:00Bring your attention to the heartbeat.

1:10Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.

1:38Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.

1:45Allow the head to soften all the way down the face, softening the skin on the face and the eyes.

2:25Soften the throat and the back of the neck.

2:47Soften the collarbone, the shoulders, and the arms, releasing the elbows.

3:27Let the wrists and the hands relax, softening the chest and the stomach, releasing the hips and the thighs, the knees.

4:21Relax the calves down to the ankles.

4:44Now bring your attention to the breath, just noticing the inhale and the exhale, taking some nice, slow, deep, full breaths.

5:37In through the nose and letting go out through the mouth.

6:06Deep breath in, and feel the body expand.

6:15And slowly exhaling, letting all the air out of the lungs.

6:35Let the breath be natural.

6:38Let the breath naturally relax the body.

6:58Feel the stomach and the chest rise with each inhale.

7:08And feel the body relax with each exhale.

7:46Feel the weight of the body in the bed or the chair.

8:24Allow the forehead to relax and the jaw to fall away from the face.

8:48Just relaxing and releasing.

9:14Now, let go of the breath.

9:20Let it find a nice, natural, effortless rhythm.

9:28Simply let go.

9:44Take this verse with you, "Love never comes to an end." God, I know you're always with me.

10:09Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:14Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:21I trust your plan for my life.
