0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.
0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.
0:29Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer, "I cry aloud to the Lord.
0:40Before Him, I tell my trouble." And again, "I cry aloud to the Lord.
0:57Before Him, I tell my trouble." With an easy awareness, begin to bring your attention to the space in the room.
1:23Not examining, just sensing it.
1:39Notice your place in the room.
1:48Just observing.
2:05Listen to the sounds in the room.
2:10Maybe it's a quiet room, or maybe it's not.
2:17Both are okay.
2:35You're just listening and enjoying the sounds.
2:42Not wishing to change or get rid of the sounds.
2:49Just accepting them.
3:08When it feels natural, slowly bring your awareness back to the body.
3:18Noticing the weight of the body.
3:42Allow the body to relax as it becomes heavier.
4:14Allow yourself to leave the day behind.
4:22Let go of the stress.
4:26Being mindful to stay present in this moment.
4:37Let yourself unwind and naturally relax in the presence of God.
5:12Now bring your awareness to the feeling of the body.
5:19Maybe there's some muscle tightness or stress lingering in the body.
5:28Slowly begin to let those muscles relax and release.
5:50Give yourself permission to let go of today.
5:58What is done, is done.
6:03All you have is this moment.
6:30Take a few nice, deep breaths.
6:42Allow your breathing to relax the mind.
6:52Feel the body become heavier.
7:13Sinking into your bed, letting go of all that stress in the body and the mind.
7:45Inhale, feel the chest rise.
7:52And exhale, feel the chest fall.
8:09Let the breath find a natural rhythm.
8:30Begin to notice the sounds in the room.
8:37Not resisting the sounds, just accepting them as they are.
8:46You're just the observer.
9:09If the thoughts take you away, remember, that's okay.
9:16There's no way to do this wrong.
9:37As your awareness begins to drift deeper, rest into the calm that only comes from the presence of a loving God.
10:05Take this verse with you, "I cry aloud to the Lord.
10:13Before Him, I tell my trouble." God, I know you're always with me.
10:32Thank you for all of your blessings.
10:37Help me to relax and let go in your presence.
10:44I trust your plan for my life.
