0:01Let's begin by consciously turning off the body.

0:10And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close, like the sun sets.

0:22Calmly, bring your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer.

0:31"We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God." Again.

0:51"We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God." Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you in the body.

1:24Not placing judgment on the feelings or engaging with them, just noticing them.

1:37Taking note of the emotions and then letting them go.

1:53Begin to notice that deeper sense of calm beneath those emotions.

2:14Maybe even begin to visualize a place that feels safe, a place where you feel loved and taken care of.

2:35This is a place of safety and acceptance.

2:47God loves you and wants you to feel loved.

2:54He wants you to feel a sense of security in him.

3:14In this place of safety, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:28Consciously relaxing the body and allowing God's presence to calm your mind.

3:51For a moment or two, relax and notice how you feel in this place.

4:10If the mind wanders off, that's okay.

4:16When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to this place of love and safety.

4:37Surrendering all of your worried thoughts, your stresses, and maybe even your responsibilities.

4:50Just relaxing and releasing.

4:57Letting go.

5:16And now, let your mind go where it wants to go.

5:54Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

6:16Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

6:35Allow your body and mind to relax.

6:57Nothing else matters right now.

7:02There is nowhere to go, there is nothing to do.

7:09Here you are.

7:40Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:24The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

8:30Don't resist the thoughts.

8:34Don't force them back.

8:37Be friendly with your thoughts.

8:43When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:23Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

9:55Effortlessly, rest into the arms of God.

10:15Take this verse with you.

10:18"We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God." God, I know you're always with me.

10:46Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:51Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:58I trust your plan for my life.
