0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer.

0:36"We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God." Again, "We know that God causes everything to work together for the good

1:05of those who love God." With an easy awareness, begin to bring your attention to the space in the room.

1:31Not examining it, just sensing it.

1:48Notice your place in the room.

1:56Just observing.

2:14Listen to the sounds in the room.

2:19Maybe it's a quiet room, or maybe it's not.

2:25Both are okay.

2:44You're just listening and enjoying the sounds, not wishing to change or get rid of the sounds.

2:58Just accepting them.

3:16When it feels natural, slowly bring your awareness back to the body, noticing the weight of the body.

3:50Allow the body to relax as it becomes heavier.

4:22Allow yourself to leave the day behind.

4:30Let go of the stress, being mindful to stay present in this moment.

4:46Let yourself unwind, and naturally relax in the presence of God.

5:20Now bring your awareness to the feeling of the body.

5:28Maybe there's some muscle tightness or stress lingering in the body.

5:37Slowly begin to let those muscles relax and release.

5:58Give yourself permission to let go of today.

6:06What is done is done.

6:12All you have is this moment.

6:39Take a few nice, deep breaths.

6:51Allow your breathing to relax the mind.

7:00Feel the body become heavier.

7:21Sinking into your bed, letting go of all that stress in the body and the mind.

7:54Inhale, feel the chest rise.

8:01And exhale, feel the chest fall.

8:17Let the breath find a natural rhythm.

8:38Begin to notice the sounds in the room.

8:46Not resisting the sounds, just accepting them as they are.

8:54You're just the observer.

9:17If the thoughts take you away, remember, that's okay.

9:24There's no way to do this wrong.

9:46As your awareness begins to drift deeper, rest into the calm that only comes from the presence of a loving God.

10:14Take this verse with you, "We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God." God, I know you're always with me.

10:46Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:51Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:58I trust your plan for my life.
