0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer.

0:35"I drew a picture of you on my hand.

0:41You are always before my eyes." Again, "I drew a picture of you on my hand.

1:00You are always before my eyes." Now, take some nice, deep breaths.

1:25In through the nose and out through the mouth.

1:53Just watching the breath.

2:03Watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

2:31Listening to the sounds of your breath.

3:05Notice your feelings and emotions.

3:15Just taking note of them, and then coming back to the feeling of the breath.

3:57And now, bring your attention to the heart.

4:16Let your awareness settle onto the heartbeat.

4:42Allow your awareness to fall and move inward, finding that place where you feel loved.

5:27Feel that sense of natural peace that can only be found in God's presence.

5:53Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

6:22Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

6:37Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

7:03Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

7:26Allow your body and mind to relax.

7:48Nothing else matters right now.

7:53There is nowhere to go, there's nothing to do.

8:00Here you are.

8:25Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

9:05The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

9:12Don't resist the thoughts.

9:15Don't force them back.

9:18Be friendly with your thoughts.

9:24When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

10:00Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

10:26Take this verse with you.

10:29"I drew a picture of you on my hand.

10:35You are always before my eyes." God, I know you're always with me.

10:56Thank you for all of your blessings.

11:01Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:08I trust your plan for my life.
