0:01Let's start by taking a few nice deep breaths.

0:12And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close, like the sun sets.

0:26As your breath begins to relax your body, allow your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer: Love always looks for the best.

0:50Again, love always looks for the best.

1:08Now, slowly begin to relax and allow the body to open.

1:33Consciously start to relax and turn off the muscles.

1:50Start with the muscles in the feet.

1:55Allow the feet to turn out and relax at the ankles, letting the hips soften.

2:19The knees are relaxing.

2:33The stomach begins to let go.

2:42Softening the shoulders.

2:50Allowing the head to relax and become heavy at the neck.

3:10Allow the chest and back to open.

3:19Allow the body to settle.

3:44Just noticing how the body feels.

4:07Feeling the gravity of the body and how it pushes you down into the bed.

4:40And when it feels comfortable, allow your awareness to rest.

4:54If the mind wants to think, then let it think.

5:01If it wants to be still, allow it to be still.

5:45Gently bring the awareness to the breath.

5:53Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

6:11Take a nice big deep breath in.

6:18Now slow down on the exhale, letting go.

6:27Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly.

6:35And exhale, controlling the breath, slowing it down.

6:57Give yourself some space just to be.

7:16Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

7:22Release it to God.

7:25Allow this time to be what you need it to be.

7:45And if the thoughts take you away, know that that's okay.

7:54When it feels natural and effortless, slowly bring your attention back to the breath.

8:24Remember, this is a place of safety.

8:33God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

8:52Release your anxieties and let God handle what you cannot.

9:09Notice how the body is relaxing and releasing.

9:30Let your mind rest.

9:39Just noticing and appreciating this moment.

9:59Take this verse with you, "Love always looks for the best." God, I know you're always with me.

10:24Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:29Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:36I trust your plan for my life.
