0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse in prayer: "Let him have all your worries and cares, for he is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you."

0:56And again, "Let him have all your worries and cares, for he is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you." Bring your attention to the heartbeat.

1:30Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.

1:58Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.

2:05Allow the head to soften all the way down the face, softening the skin on the face and the eyes.

2:45Soften the throat and the back of the neck.

3:07Soften the collarbone, the shoulders, and the arms.

3:31Releasing the elbows.

3:47Let the wrists and the hands relax.

4:08Softening the chest and the stomach.

4:24Releasing the hips and the thighs.

4:30The knees.

4:41Relax the calves down to the ankles.

4:58Bring your attention back to the breath.

5:22Just noticing the inhale and the exhale.

5:55Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

6:28Take a few nice big, deep breaths in.

6:54Allow your body and mind to relax.

7:16Nothing else matters right now.

7:21There is nowhere to go, there is nothing to do, here you are.

7:53Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:33The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

8:40Don't resist the thoughts.

8:43Don't force them back.

8:46Be friendly with your thoughts.

8:52When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:29Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

10:00Effortlessly, rest into the arms of God.

10:19Take this verse with you, "Let him have all your worries and cares, for he is always thinking about you, and watching everything that concerns you." God, I know you're

10:48always with me.

10:51Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:56Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:03I trust your plan for my life.
