0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:27Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer.

0:36"Let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts." And again, "Let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts." Now, take some nice, deep breaths.

1:18In through the nose and out through the mouth.

1:46Just watching the breath.

1:55Watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

2:23Listening to the sounds of your breath.

2:58Notice your feelings and emotions.

3:09Just taking note of them, and then coming back to the feeling of the breath.

3:49And now, bring your attention to the heart.

4:09Let your awareness settle onto the heartbeat.

4:34Allow your awareness to fall and move inward, finding that place where you feel loved.

5:20Feel that sense of natural peace that can only be found in God's presence.

5:46Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

6:15Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

6:29Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

6:56Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

7:18Allow your body and mind to relax.

7:41Nothing else matters right now.

7:45There is nowhere to go, there's nothing to do.

7:53Here you are.

8:17Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:57The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

9:04Don't resist the thoughts.

9:07Don't force them back.

9:10Be friendly with your thoughts.

9:16When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:53Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

10:19Take this verse with you.

10:23Let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts.

10:39God, I know you're always with me.

10:46Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:50Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:58I trust your plan for my life.
