0:02Begin by getting comfortable and allowing your body to relax.

0:14As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your awareness rest with this verse and prayer.

0:36"Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth." And again, "Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth." Bring your attention to the heartbeat.

1:18Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.

1:46Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.

1:52Allow the head to soften all the way down the face, softening the skin on the face and the eyes.

2:32Soften the throat and the back of the neck.

2:55Soften the collarbone, the shoulders, and the arms, releasing the elbows.

3:35Let the wrists and the hands relax, softening the chest and the stomach.

4:15Releasing the hips and the thighs, the knees.

4:32Relax the calves down to the ankles.

4:50Bring your attention back to the breath.

5:19Let's take some nice deep breaths.

5:36Make them feel easy and effortless.

5:45In through the nose and out through the mouth.

6:08Inhale.

6:10Feel how the body expands.

6:15Then slowly exhale, releasing tension as you go.

6:47Feel the air as it travels in through the nose, and feel the body fall with each exhale.

7:28With each breath, allow the chest and shoulders to soften and relax.

8:04Notice how the body feels.

8:20Allow your breath to soften and release the tension in your body.

9:00Just relaxing and releasing.

9:31There's no way to do this wrong.

9:35The breath breathes itself.

9:53Take this verse with you, "Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth." God, I know you're always with me.

10:20Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:24Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:32I trust your plan for my life.
