0:02Begin by getting comfortable and allowing your body to relax.

0:14As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your awareness rest with this verse and prayer: So be strong and courageous.

0:41Do not be afraid, and do not panic before them, for the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you.

0:51He will neither fail you nor abandon you.

1:04And again, so be strong and courageous.

1:11Do not be afraid, and do not panic before them, for the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you.

1:21He will neither fail you nor abandon you.

1:37Now bring your awareness to the feeling of the body.

1:45Maybe there's some muscle tightness or stress lingering in the body.

1:53Slowly begin to let those muscles relax and release.

2:11Give yourself permission to let go of today.

2:19What is done is done.

2:24All you have is this moment.

2:45Take a few nice, deep breaths.

2:57Allow your breathing to relax the mind.

3:07Feel the body become heavier.

3:20Sinking into your bed, letting go of all that stress in the body and the mind.

3:46Inhale, feel the chest rise.

3:53And exhale, feel the chest fall.

4:08Let the breath find a natural rhythm.

4:25Begin to notice the sounds in the room.

4:33Not resisting the sounds, just accepting them as they are.

4:41You are just the observer.

4:59If the thoughts take you away, remember, that's okay.

5:06There's no way to do this wrong.

5:15When it feels comfortable, bring your awareness back to the sounds.

5:42Now bring your attention to the way the body feels.

6:02Notice your breath.

6:08Allow the inhales to expand the body.

6:16Notice how the exhales make you feel.

6:40Feel the body relax and become heavier.

7:03Now, soften the forehead down the front of the face.

7:23Relax the corners of the eyes.

7:47Allow the neck to relax and the shoulders to fall away from the ears.

8:12Relax the temples.

8:28Feel the weight of the body, so the arms become heavy.

8:47The legs are becoming heavy.

9:02Feel the bones become heavy.

9:29Allow the whole body to soften and release.

10:04Now, give yourself a moment to relax and totally let go.

10:26Take this verse with you.

10:30"So be strong and courageous.

10:35Do not be afraid and do not panic before them, for the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you.

10:46He will neither fail you nor abandon you." God, I know you're always with me.

11:07Thank you for all of your blessings.

11:11Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:18I trust your plan for my life.
