0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close, like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse in prayer.

0:36"May the Lord bless you, and protect you.

0:43May the Lord smile on you, and be gracious to you.

0:49May the Lord show you His favor, and give you His peace." Again, "May the Lord bless you, and protect you.

1:08May the Lord smile on you, and be gracious to you.

1:14May the Lord show you His favor, and give you His peace." Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

1:44Notice how good it feels, just to be here in this moment.

2:11Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

2:33Allow your body and mind to relax.

2:55Nothing else matters right now.

3:01Here you are.

3:32Allow your body to relax, and feel the calm of God's presence.

4:12The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

4:19Don't resist the thoughts.

4:22Don't force them back.

4:25Be friendly with your thoughts.

4:31When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

5:07Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

5:28Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

5:44Allow your breath to make the body feel heavy.

6:04Let the body relax a little more into your bed.

6:20And on your next inhale, begin to count the breath.

6:31One on the inhale.

6:36And two on the exhale.

6:42Three on the next inhale.

6:48And four on the next exhale.

6:55Counting up to 10, and then starting over again.

7:22If you lose track of the breath, it's okay, just start over again counting from one.

8:26There's nowhere to go, nowhere to be, we're just here counting the breath.

8:54On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

9:23Notice how the body is feeling.

9:28It might feel good or it might not.

9:33Either way, it's okay.

9:53There are no expectations.

10:03And now for a moment or two, let your mind relax.

10:25Take this verse with you.

10:28"May the Lord bless you and protect you.

10:35May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you.

10:41May the Lord show you His favor and give you His peace." God, I know you're always with me.

11:03Thank you for all of your blessings.

11:08Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:15I trust your plan for my life.
