0:01Let's begin by consciously turning off the body.

0:10And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close, like the sun sets.

0:22Calmly, bring your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." And again, "I can do all things through Christ

0:51who strengthens me." Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you in the body, not placing judgment on the feelings or engaging with them, just noticing them.

1:29Taking note of the emotions and then letting them go.

1:45Begin to notice that deeper sense of calm beneath those emotions.

2:06Maybe even begin to visualize a place that feels safe, a place where you feel loved and taken care of.

2:27This is a place of safety and acceptance.

2:39God loves you and wants you to feel loved.

2:46He wants you to feel a sense of security in him.

3:06In this place of safety, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:20Consciously relaxing the body and allowing God's presence to calm your mind.

3:43For a moment or two, relax and notice how you feel in this place.

4:02If the mind wanders off, that's okay.

4:08When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to this place of love and safety.

4:29Surrendering all of your worried thoughts, your stresses, and maybe even your responsibilities.

4:42Just relaxing and releasing, letting go.

5:08And now, let your mind go where it wants to go.

5:46Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

6:08Notice how good it feels just to be here, in this moment.

6:27Allow your body and mind to relax.

6:49Nothing else matters right now.

6:54There is nowhere to go, there's nothing to do.

7:01Here you are.

7:32Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:16The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

8:23Don't resist the thoughts.

8:26Don't force them back.

8:29Be friendly with your thoughts.

8:35When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:15Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

9:47Effortlessly, rest into the arms of God.

10:07Take this verse with you.

10:10"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." God, I know you're always with me.

10:34Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:39Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:46I trust your plan for my life.
