0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer, "I am the resurrection and the life." And again, "I am the resurrection and the life." Now, take some nice, deep

1:11breaths.

1:17In through the nose and out through the mouth.

1:45Just watching the breath.

1:54Watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

2:22Listening to the sounds of your breath.

2:57Notice your feelings and emotions.

3:08Just taking note of them, and then coming back to the feeling of the breath.

3:48And now, bring your attention to the heart.

4:08Let your awareness settle onto the heartbeat.

4:33Allow your awareness to fall and move inward, finding that place where you feel loved.

5:19Feel that sense of natural peace that can only be found in God's presence.

5:45Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

6:14Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

6:28Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

6:55Take a few nice big, deep breaths in.

7:17Allow your body and mind to relax.

7:39Nothing else matters right now.

7:44There is nowhere to go, there's nothing to do.

7:52Here you are.

8:16Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:56The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

9:03Don't resist the thoughts.

9:06Don't force them back.

9:09Be friendly with your thoughts.

9:15When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:51Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

10:18Take this verse with you, "I am the resurrection and the life." God, I know you're always with me.

10:43Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:48Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:55I trust your plan for my life.
