0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse and prayer: Those who refresh others, will themselves be refreshed.

0:50And again, those who refresh others, will themselves be refreshed.

1:10Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

1:25Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

1:51Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

2:13Allow your body and mind to relax.

2:36Nothing else matters right now.

2:40There's nowhere to go, there's nothing to do.

2:48Here you are.

3:12Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

3:52The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

3:59Don't resist the thoughts.

4:02Don't force them back.

4:05Be friendly with your thoughts.

4:11When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

4:48Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

5:24In through the nose, and out through the mouth.

5:47Just watching the breath.

6:00Watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

6:28Listening to the sounds of your breath.

6:57Notice your feelings and emotions.

7:08Just taking note of them and then coming back to the feeling of the breath.

7:54And now, bring your attention to the heart.

8:10Let your awareness settle onto the heartbeat.

8:37Allow your awareness to fall and move inward.

8:47Finding that place where you feel loved.

9:15Feel that sense of natural peace that can only be found in God's presence.

9:37Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

9:58Take this verse with you, "Those who refresh others, will themselves be refreshed." God, I know you're always with me.

10:27Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:32Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:39I trust your plan for my life.
