0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse in prayer.

0:36Let my passion for life be restored, tasting joy in every breakthrough you bring to me.

0:53And again, let my passion for life be restored, tasting joy in every breakthrough you bring to me.

1:16Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

1:31Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

1:58Take a few nice big, deep breaths in.

2:20Allow your body and mind to relax.

2:42Nothing else matters right now.

2:47Here you are.

3:19Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

3:59The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

4:06Don't resist the thoughts.

4:09Don't force them back.

4:12Be friendly with your thoughts.

4:18When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

4:55Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

5:15Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

5:31Allow your breath to make the body feel heavy.

5:52Let the body relax a little more into your bed.

6:07And on your next inhale, begin to count the breath.

6:18One on the inhale, and two on the exhale.

6:29Three on the next inhale, and four on the next exhale.

6:42Counting up to 10, and then starting over again.

7:07.

7:09If you lose track of the breath, it's okay, just start over again counting from one.

8:14.

8:14There's nowhere to go, nowhere to be.

8:20We're just here, counting the breath.

8:41On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

9:10Notice how the body is feeling.

9:15It might feel good, or it might not.

9:21Either way, it's okay.

9:41There are no expectations.

9:50And now, for a moment or two, let your mind relax.

10:12Take this verse with you, "Let my passion for life be restored, tasting joy in every breakthrough you bring to me." God, I know you're always with me.

10:44Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:49Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:56I trust your plan for my life.
