0:01Let's begin by loosening the shoulders and the chest.

0:10And when you feel ready, just allow the eyes to slowly close.

0:23Bring your awareness to rest with this verse in prayer.

0:31"So let's not get tired of doing what is good.

0:38At just the right time, we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up." And again, "So let's not get tired of doing what is good.

1:01At just the right time, we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up." Bring your attention to the heartbeat.

1:29Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.

1:57Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.

2:04Allow the head to soften all the way down the face, softening the skin on the face and the eyes.

2:44Soften the throat and the back of the neck.

3:07Soften the collarbone, the shoulders, and the arms.

3:30Releasing the elbows.

3:47Let the wrists and the hands relax.

4:07Softening the chest and the stomach.

4:23Releasing the hips and the thighs.

4:29The knees.

4:40Relax the calves down to the ankles.

5:03Now bring your attention to the breath, just noticing the inhale and the exhale, taking some nice, slow, deep, full breaths.

5:56In through the nose and letting go out through the mouth.

6:25Deep breath in, and feel the body expand.

6:35And slowly exhaling, letting all the air out of the lungs.

6:54Let the breath be natural.

6:58Let the breath naturally relax the body.

7:17Feel the stomach and the chest rise with each inhale.

7:27And feel the body relax with each exhale.

8:05Feel the weight of the body in the bed or the chair.

8:43Allow the forehead to relax and the jaw to fall away from the face.

9:08Just relaxing and releasing.

9:33Now, let go of the breath.

9:39Let it find a nice, natural, effortless rhythm.

9:47Simply let go.

10:04Take this verse with you, "So let's not get tired of doing what is good.

10:14At just the right time, we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up." God, I know you're always with me.

10:38Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:42Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:50I trust your plan for my life.
