0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer, "If we ask anything according to his will, he hears us." And again, "If we ask anything according to his will,

0:58he hears us." With an easy awareness, begin to bring your attention to the space in the room, not examining it, just sensing it.

1:39Notice your place in the room, just observing.

2:04Listen to the sounds in the room.

2:09Maybe it's a quiet room, or maybe it's not.

2:16Both are okay.

2:34You're just listening and enjoying the sounds, not wishing to change or get rid of the sounds, just accepting them.

3:06When it feels natural, slowly bring your awareness back to the body, noticing the weight of the body.

3:41Allow the body to relax as it becomes heavier.

4:13Allow yourself to leave the day behind.

4:21Let go of the stress, being mindful to stay present in this moment.

4:36Let yourself unwind and naturally relax in the presence of God.

5:11Now bring your awareness to the feeling of the body.

5:19Maybe there's some muscle tightness or stress lingering in the body.

5:27Slowly begin to let those muscles relax and release.

5:49Give yourself permission to let go of today.

5:57What is done, is done.

6:02All you have is this moment.

6:29Take a few nice, deep breaths.

6:41Allow your breathing to relax the mind.

6:51Feel the body become heavier.

7:12Sinking into your bed, letting go of all that stress in the body and the mind.

7:44Inhale, feel the chest rise.

7:51And exhale, feel the chest fall.

8:08Let the breath find a natural rhythm.

8:29Begin to notice the sounds in the room.

8:36Not resisting the sounds, just accepting them as they are.

8:45You're just the observer.

9:08If the thoughts take you away, remember, that's okay.

9:15There's no way to do this wrong.

9:36As your awareness begins to drift deeper, rest into the calm that only comes from the presence of a loving God.

10:04Take this verse with you, "If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." God, I know you're always with me.

10:32Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:37Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:44I trust your plan for my life.
