0:01Let's begin by consciously turning off the body.

0:10And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close, like the sun sets.

0:22Calmly, bring your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer: Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others.

0:46And again, Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others.

1:07Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you in the body, not placing judgment on the feelings or engaging with them, just noticing them.

1:31Taking note of the emotions, and then letting them go.

1:47Begin to notice that deeper sense of calm beneath those emotions.

2:08Maybe even begin to visualize a place that feels safe, a place where you feel loved and taken care of.

2:29This is a place of safety and acceptance.

2:41God loves you and wants you to feel loved.

2:49He wants you to feel a sense of security in him.

3:07In this place of safety, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:22Consciously relaxing the body and allowing God's presence to calm your mind.

3:45For a moment or two, relax, and notice how you feel in this place.

4:04If the mind wanders off, that's okay.

4:10When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to this place of love and safety.

4:31Surrendering all of your worried thoughts, your stresses, and maybe even your responsibilities.

4:44Just relaxing and releasing, letting go.

5:10And now, let your mind go where it wants to go.

5:48Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

6:10Notice how good it feels just to be here, in this moment.

6:29Allow your body and mind to relax.

6:51Nothing else matters right now.

6:56There is nowhere to go, there is nothing to do.

7:03Here you are.

7:34Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:18The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

8:24Don't resist the thoughts.

8:28Don't force them back.

8:31Be friendly with your thoughts.

8:37When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:17Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

9:49Effortlessly, rest into the arms of God.

10:09Take this verse with you.

10:13Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others.

10:30God, I know you're always with me.

10:36Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:41Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:48I trust your plan for my life.
