0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse and prayer.

0:37You are blessed when you care.

0:49And again, you are blessed when you care.

1:05Bring your attention to the heartbeat.

1:15Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.

1:43Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.

1:50Allow the head to soften all the way down the face, softening the skin on the face and the eyes.

2:30Soften the throat and the back of the neck.

2:53Soften the collarbone, the shoulders, and the arms, releasing the elbows.

3:32Let the wrists and the hands relax, softening the chest and the stomach, releasing the hips and the thighs, the knees.

4:26Relax the calves down to the ankles.

4:43Bring your attention back to the breath.

5:06Just noticing the inhale and the exhale.

5:40Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

6:13Take a few nice big, deep breaths in.

6:39Allow your body and mind to relax.

7:01Nothing else matters right now.

7:06There is nowhere to go, there's nothing to do, here you are.

7:38Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:18The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

8:25Don't resist the thoughts.

8:28Don't force them back.

8:31Be friendly with your thoughts.

8:37When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:14Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

9:45Effortlessly rest into the arms of God.

10:05Take this verse with you, you are blessed when you care.

10:22God, I know you're always with me, thank you for all of your blessings.

10:33Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:40I trust your plan for my life.
