0:02Begin by taking a few nice deep breaths.

0:14And as your body begins to relax, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Bring your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer.

0:38Love is patient and kind.

0:42Love is not jealous, it does not brag, and it is not proud.

0:50Love is not rude, it is not selfish, and it cannot be made angry easily.

1:06And again, love is patient and kind.

1:13Love is not jealous, it does not brag, and it is not proud.

1:22Love is not rude, it is not selfish, and it cannot be made angry easily.

1:41Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you in the body, not placing judgment on the feelings or engaging with them, just noticing them.

2:05Taking note of the emotions and then letting them go.

2:21Begin to notice that deeper sense of calm beneath those emotions.

2:43Maybe even begin to visualize a place that feels safe, a place where you feel loved and taken care of.

3:03This is a place of safety and acceptance.

3:16God loves you and wants you to feel loved.

3:23He wants you to feel a sense of security in him.

3:42In this place of safety, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:57Consciously relaxing the body and allowing God's presence to calm your mind.

4:19For a moment or two, relax and notice how you feel in this place.

4:38If the mind wanders off, that's okay.

4:44When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to this place of love and safety.

5:05Surrendering all of your worried thoughts, your stresses, and maybe even your responsibilities.

5:18Just relaxing and releasing, letting go.

5:45Now take some nice deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

6:20Just watching the breath.

6:36Watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

7:00Listening to the sounds of your breath.

7:29Notice your feelings and emotions.

7:40Just taking note of them and then coming back to the feeling of the breath.

8:20And now bring your attention to the heart.

8:36Let your awareness settle onto the heartbeat.

9:05Allow your awareness to fall and move inward.

9:14Finding that place where you feel loved.

9:43Feel that sense of natural peace that can only be found in God's presence.

10:14Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

10:36Take this verse with you, "Love is patient and kind.

10:45Love is not jealous.

10:48It does not brag and it is not proud.

10:54Love is not rude.

10:56It is not selfish and it cannot be made angry easily." God, I know you're always with me.

11:19Thank you for all of your blessings.

11:24Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:31I trust your plan for my life.
