0:01Let's start by taking a few nice deep breaths.

0:12And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close, like the sun sets.

0:26As your breath begins to relax your body, allow your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer.

0:38I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light.

0:50And again, I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light.

1:07Now, slowly begin to relax and allow the body to open.

1:32Consciously, start to relax and turn off the muscles.

1:49Start with the muscles in the feet.

1:54Allow the feet to turn out and relax at the ankles.

2:12Letting the hips soften.

2:18The knees are relaxing.

2:32The stomach begins to let go.

2:41Softening the shoulders.

2:49Allowing the head to relax and become heavy at the neck.

3:09Allow the chest and back to open.

3:18Allow the body to settle.

3:43Just noticing how the body feels.

4:06Feeling the gravity of the body and how it pushes you down into the bed.

4:39And when it feels comfortable, allow your awareness to rest.

4:53If the mind wants to think, then let it think.

5:00If it wants to be still, allow it to be still.

5:44Gently bring the awareness to the breath.

5:52Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

6:10Take a nice, big, deep breath in, and now slow down on the exhale, letting go.

6:26Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly.

6:34And exhale, controlling the breath, slowing it down.

6:56Give yourself some space just to be.

7:15Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

7:21Release it to God.

7:24Allow this time to be what you need it to be.

7:44And if the thoughts take you away, know that that's okay.

7:53When it feels natural and effortless, slowly bring your attention back to the breath.

8:23Remember, this is a place of safety.

8:32God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

8:51Release your anxieties and let God handle what you cannot.

9:08Notice how the body is relaxing and releasing.

9:29Let your mind rest, just noticing and appreciating this moment.

9:58Take this verse with you, I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light: God, I know You're always with me.

10:24Thank You for all of Your blessings.

10:29Help me to relax and let go in Your presence.

10:36I trust Your plan for my life.
