0:02Begin by getting comfortable and allowing your body to relax.

0:14As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your awareness rest with this verse and prayer.

0:35"There are three things that remain: faith, hope, and love.

0:46And the greatest of these is love." And again, "There are three things that remain: faith, hope, and love.

1:10And the greatest of these is love." Bring your attention to the heartbeat.

1:34Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.

2:03Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.

2:09Allow the head to soften all the way down the face.

2:26Softening the skin on the face and the eyes.

5:36Let's take some nice deep breaths.

5:53Make them feel easy and effortless.

6:02In through the nose and out through the mouth.

6:24Inhale.

6:27Feel how the body expands.

6:31Then slowly exhale, releasing tension as you go.

7:03Feel the air as it travels in through the nose, and feel the body fall with each exhale.

7:45With each breath, allow the chest and shoulders to soften and relax.

8:20Notice how the body feels.

8:36Allow your breath to soften and release the tension in your body.

9:16Just relaxing and releasing.

9:48There's no way to do this wrong.

9:52The breath breathes itself.

10:10Take this verse with you, "There are three things that remain, faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of these is love." God, I know you're always with me.

10:43Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:48Help me to relax and let go in your presence.
