0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close, like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse and prayer.

0:36"This hope will not lead to disappointment, for we know how dearly God loves us." And again, "This hope will not lead to disappointment, for we know how dearly God

1:01loves us." Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

1:28Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

1:54Take a few nice big, deep breaths in.

2:17.

2:17Allow your body and mind to relax.

2:39Nothing else matters right now.

2:44There is nowhere to go, there's nothing to do.

2:51Here you are.

3:15.

3:16Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

3:56.

3:56The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

4:03Don't resist the thoughts.

4:06Don't force them back.

4:09Be friendly with your thoughts.

4:15When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

4:51.

4:51Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

5:28.

5:28In through the nose and out through the mouth.

5:50Just watching the breath.

5:59.

6:04Watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

6:32Listening to the sounds of your breath.

7:00Notice your feelings and emotions.

7:11Just taking note of them and then coming back to the feeling of the breath.

7:57And now, bring your attention to the heart.

8:13Let your awareness settle onto the heartbeat.

8:41Allow your awareness to fall and move inward.

8:50Finding that place where you feel loved.

9:18Feel that sense of natural peace that can only be found in God's presence.

9:40Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

10:02Take this verse with you, "This hope will not lead to disappointment, for we know how dearly God loves us." God, I know you're always with me.

10:31Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:36Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:43I trust your plan for my life.
