0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse in prayer.

0:37"He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds." And again, "He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds." Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

1:25Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

1:51Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

2:14Allow your body and mind to relax.

2:36Nothing else matters right now.

2:41Here you are.

3:13Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

3:53The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

3:59Don't resist the thoughts.

4:02Don't force them back.

4:05Be friendly with your thoughts.

4:12When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

4:48Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

5:08Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

5:24Allow your breath to make the body feel heavy.

5:45Let the body relax a little more into your bed.

6:01And on your next inhale, begin to count the breath.

6:11One on the inhale, and two on the exhale.

6:22Three on the next inhale, and four on the next exhale.

6:35Counting up to 10, and then starting over again.

7:02If you lose track of the breath, it's okay, just start over again counting from one.

8:07There's nowhere to go, nowhere to be, we're just here counting the breath.

8:35On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

9:04Notice how the body is feeling.

9:08It might feel good or it might not.

9:14Either way, it's okay.

9:34There are no expectations.

9:44And now for a moment or two, let your mind relax.

10:06Take this verse with you, "He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds." God, I know you're always with me.

10:30Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:35Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:42I trust your plan for my life.
