0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer.

0:36"The Lord is close to all who call on Him.

0:41Yes, to all who call on Him in truth." And again, "The Lord is close to all who call on Him.

1:10Yes, to all who call on Him in truth." With an easy awareness, begin to bring your attention to the space in the room, not examining it, just sensing it.

1:53Notice your place in the room, just observing.

2:19Listen to the sounds in the room.

2:24Maybe it's a quiet room or maybe it's not.

2:30Both are okay.

2:49You're just listening and enjoying the sounds, not wishing to change or get rid of the sounds, just accepting them.

3:22When it feels natural, slowly bring your awareness back to the body, noticing the weight of the body.

3:56Allow the body to relax as it becomes heavier.

4:28Allow yourself to leave the day behind.

4:35Let go of the stress, being mindful to stay present in this moment.

4:51Let yourself unwind and naturally relax in the presence of God.

5:25Now bring your awareness to the feeling of the body.

5:33Maybe there's some muscle tightness or stress lingering in the body.

5:42Slowly begin to let those muscles relax and release.

6:03Give yourself permission to let go of today.

6:12What is done, is done.

6:17All you have is this moment.

6:44Take a few nice deep breaths.

6:56Allow your breathing to relax the mind.

7:06Feel the body become heavier.

7:27Sinking into your bed.

7:30Letting go of all that stress in the body and the mind.

7:59Inhale, feel the chest rise.

8:06And exhale, feel the chest fall.

8:23Let the breath find a natural rhythm.

8:44Begin to notice the sounds in the room.

8:51Not resisting the sounds, just accepting them as they are.

9:00You're just the observer.

9:22If the thoughts take you away, remember, that's okay.

9:30There's no way to do this wrong.

9:51As your awareness begins to drift deeper, rest into the calm that only comes from the presence of a loving God.

10:19Take this verse with you, "The Lord is close to all who call on him, yes, to all who call on him in truth." God, I know you're always with

10:46me.

10:49Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:54Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:01I trust your plan for my life.
