0:01Let's begin by consciously turning off the body.

0:10And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close, like the sun sets.

0:22Calmly, bring your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer: God, create a pure heart in me and make my spirit strong again.

0:48Again, God, create a pure heart in me and make my spirit strong again.

1:08Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you in the body, not placing judgment on the feelings or engaging with them, just noticing them.

1:32Taking note of the emotions and then letting them go.

1:49Begin to notice that deeper sense of calm beneath those emotions.

2:10Maybe even begin to visualize a place that feels safe, a place where you feel loved and taken care of.

2:30This is a place of safety and acceptance.

2:43God loves you and wants you to feel loved.

2:50He wants you to feel a sense of security in him.

3:09In this place of safety, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:24Consciously relaxing the body and allowing God's presence to calm your mind.

3:47For a moment or two, relax and notice how you feel in this place.

4:06If the mind wanders off, that's okay.

4:11When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to this place of love and safety.

4:33Surrendering all of your worried thoughts, your stresses, and maybe even your responsibilities.

4:46Just relaxing and releasing, letting go.

5:11And now, let your mind go where it wants to go.

5:50Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

6:12Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

6:30Allow your body and mind to relax.

6:53Nothing else matters right now.

6:57There is nowhere to go, there is nothing to do.

7:05Here you are.

7:35Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:20The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

8:26Don't resist the thoughts.

8:29Don't force them back.

8:32Be friendly with your thoughts.

8:38When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:19Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

9:50Effortlessly rest into the arms of God.

10:11Take this verse with you, "God, create a pure heart in me and make my spirit strong again." God, I know you're always with me.

10:40Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:45Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:52I trust your plan for my life.
