0:01Let's go ahead and get comfortable in your bed or in your chair.

0:09And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:20Take a moment to consider this verse in prayer.

0:26"Why am I discouraged?

0:30Why is my heart so sad?

0:34I will put my hope in God.

0:37I will praise him again, my Savior and my God." And again, "Why am I discouraged?

0:53Why is my heart so sad?

0:56I will put my hope in God.

0:59I will praise him again, my Savior and my God." Now bring your attention to the breath, taking some nice, slow, deep, full breaths.

1:38In through the nose and letting go out through the mouth.

2:08Deep breath in, and feel the body expand.

2:17And slowly exhaling, letting all the air out of the lungs.

2:30Let the breath be natural.

2:34Let the breath naturally relax the body.

2:53Feel the stomach and the chest rise with each inhale.

3:03And feel the body relax with each exhale.

3:41Feel the weight of the body in the bed or the chair.

3:55As you breathe, allow the face to soften and let go.

4:14Allow the forehead to relax and the jaw to fall away from the face.

4:38Just relaxing and releasing.

5:03Now, let go of the breath.

5:09Let it find a nice, natural, effortless rhythm.

5:17Simply let go.

5:47Now, bring your awareness to the space around the body.

6:02Notice any sensations on the skin.

6:14Feel the clothes on the skin.

6:21Feel the temperature of the room.

6:42Listen to the sounds in the room, with a nice easy focus.

7:21Notice the rise and the fall of the breath.

7:34The air moving in and the air moving out.

7:53Without even having to think about it, it just happens.

7:58The breath breathes itself.

8:32Feel the inhale and relax.

8:38Allow the exhale and let go.

9:04This is a safe place.

9:08There's no need to rush.

9:12God is watching over you and He loves you.

9:20There's no goal.

9:24There's no destination.

9:50Allow your awareness to rest with the presence of God.

10:11Take this verse with you, "Why am I discouraged?

10:17Why is my heart so sad?

10:21I will put my hope in God.

10:23I will praise Him again, my Savior and my God." God, I know you're always with me.

10:46Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:51Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:58I trust your plan for my life.
