0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer: Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden?

0:42Then come to me.

0:44I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis.

0:57And again, are you weary, carrying a heavy burden?

1:06Then come to me.

1:09I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis.

1:25Now, take some nice, deep breaths.

1:35In through the nose and out through the mouth.

2:03Just watching the breath.

2:13Watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

2:41Listening to the sounds of your breath.

3:15Notice your feelings and emotions.

3:27Just taking note of them, and then coming back to the feeling of the breath.

4:06And now, bring your attention to the heart.

4:26Let your awareness settle onto the heartbeat.

4:52Allow your awareness to fall and move inward, finding that place where you feel loved.

5:37Feel that sense of natural peace that can only be found in God's presence.

6:03Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

6:32Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

6:47Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

7:13Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

7:36Allow your body and mind to relax.

7:58Nothing else matters right now.

8:03There is nowhere to go, there's nothing to do.

8:10Here you are.

8:35Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

9:15The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

9:22Don't resist the thoughts.

9:25Don't force them back.

9:28Be friendly with your thoughts.

9:34When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

10:10Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

10:36Take this verse with you.

10:40"Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden?

10:46Then come to me.

10:48I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis." God, I know you're always with me.

11:11Thank you for all of your blessings.

11:15Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:23I trust your plan for my life.
