0:02Begin by getting comfortable and allowing your body to relax.

0:14As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your awareness rest with this verse and prayer.

0:36"Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense." And again, "Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense." Bring your attention to the heartbeat.

1:19Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.

1:47Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.

1:54Allow the head to soften all the way down the face, softening the skin on the face and the eyes.

2:34Soften the throat and the back of the neck.

2:57Soften the collarbone, the shoulders, and the arms.

3:20Releasing the elbows.

3:36Let the wrists and the hands relax.

3:57Softening the chest and the stomach.

4:16Releasing the hips and the thighs.

4:22The knees.

4:33Relax the calves down to the ankles.

4:52Bring your attention back to the breath.

5:20Let's take some nice deep breaths.

5:38Make them feel easy and effortless.

5:46In through the nose and out through the mouth.

6:09Inhale.

6:11Feel how the body expands.

6:16Then slowly exhale, releasing tension as you go.

6:48Feel the air as it travels in through the nose, and feel the body fall with each exhale.

7:29With each breath, allow the chest and shoulders to soften and relax.

8:05Notice how the body feels.

8:21Allow your breath to soften and release the tension in your body.

9:01Just relaxing and releasing.

9:32There's no way to do this wrong.

9:37The breath breathes itself.

9:55Take this verse with you, "Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense." God, I know you're always with me.

10:22Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:27Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:34I trust your plan for my life.
