0:01Let's get started by taking a moment just to be thankful for all the blessings in life.

0:16And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:30Take a moment to consider this verse in prayer, "I know the Lord is always with me.

0:42I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me." And again, "I know the Lord is always with me.

1:02I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me." Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

1:33Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

1:59Take a few nice big, deep breaths in.

2:22Allow your body and mind to relax.

2:44Nothing else matters right now.

2:50Here you are.

3:21Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

4:01The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

4:07Don't resist the thoughts.

4:11Don't force them back.

4:14Be friendly with your thoughts.

4:20When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

4:56Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

5:16Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

5:33Allow your breath to make the body feel heavy.

5:53Let the body relax a little more into your bed.

6:09And on your next inhale, begin to count the breath.

6:19One on the inhale, and two on the exhale.

6:30Three on the next inhale, and four on the next exhale.

6:44Counting up to 10, and then starting over again.

7:10If you lose track of the breath, it's okay, just start over again counting from one.

8:15There's nowhere to go, nowhere to be.

8:22We're just here, counting the breath.

8:43On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

9:12Notice how the body is feeling.

9:17It might feel good, or it might not.

9:22Either way, it's okay.

9:42There are no expectations.

9:52And now, for a moment or two, let your mind relax.

10:14Take this verse with you.

10:17"I know the Lord is always with me.

10:23I will not be shaken, for He is right beside me." God, I know You're always with me.

10:46Thank You for all of Your blessings.

10:50Help me to relax and let go in Your presence.

10:57I trust Your plan for my life.
