0:01Let's begin by loosening the shoulders and the chest.

0:10And when you feel ready, just allow the eyes to slowly close.

0:23Bring your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer.

0:31"God keeps His promise, and He will not allow you to be tested beyond your power to remain firm." And again, "God keeps His promise, and He will not allow

0:56you to be tested beyond your power to remain firm." Bring your attention to the heartbeat.

1:21Allow its rhythm to relax your body, letting the arms and legs become heavy.

1:50Now bring your awareness to the top of the head.

1:56Allow the head to soften all the way down the face, softening the skin on the face and the eyes.

2:36Soften the throat and the back of the neck.

2:59Soften the collarbone, the shoulders, and the arms.

3:23Releasing the elbows.

3:39Let the wrists and the hands relax.

3:59Softening the chest and the stomach.

4:16Releasing the hips and the thighs, the knees.

4:33Relax the calves down to the ankles.

4:55Now bring your attention to the breath, just noticing the inhale and the exhale, taking some nice, slow, deep, full breaths.

5:48In through the nose and letting go out through the mouth.

6:18Deep breath in, and feel the body expand.

6:27And slowly exhaling, letting all the air out of the lungs.

6:46Let the breath be natural.

6:50Let the breath naturally relax the body.

7:09Feel the stomach and the chest rise with each inhale.

7:19And feel the body relax with each exhale.

7:57Feel the weight of the body in the bed or the chair.

8:36Allow the forehead to relax and the jaw to fall away from the face.

9:00Just relaxing and releasing.

9:25Now, let go of the breath.

9:31Let it find a nice, natural, effortless rhythm.

9:39Simply let go.

9:56Take this verse with you, "God keeps His promise and He will not allow you to be tested beyond your power to remain firm." God, I know you're always with

10:24me.

10:27Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:32Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:39I trust your plan for my life.
