0:01Let's begin by consciously turning off the body.

0:10And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close, like the sun sets.

0:22Calmly, bring your awareness to rest with this verse and prayer.

0:31"Never walk away from someone who deserves help.

0:36Your hand is God's hand for that person." And again.

0:50"Never walk away from someone who deserves help.

0:56Your hand is God's hand for that person." Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you in the body.

1:23Not placing judgment on the feelings or engaging with them, just noticing them.

1:34Taking note of the emotions and then letting them go.

1:52Begin to notice that deeper sense of calm beneath those emotions.

2:13Maybe even begin to visualize a place that feels safe, a place where you feel loved and taken care of.

2:33This is a place of safety and acceptance.

2:46God loves you and wants you to feel loved.

2:53He wants you to feel a sense of security in him.

3:12In this place of safety, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:27Consciously relaxing the body and allowing God's presence to calm your mind.

3:50For a moment or two, relax and notice how you feel in this place.

4:08If the mind wanders off, that's okay.

4:14When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to this place of love and safety.

4:36Surrendering all of your worried thoughts, your stresses, and maybe even your responsibilities.

4:49Just relaxing and releasing, letting go.

5:14And now, let your mind go where it wants to go.

5:53Take a few nice, big, deep breaths in.

6:15Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

6:33Allow your body and mind to relax.

6:56Nothing else matters right now.

7:00There's nowhere to go.

7:04There's nothing to do.

7:08Here you are.

7:38Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

8:22The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

8:29Don't resist the thoughts.

8:32Don't force them back.

8:35Be friendly with your thoughts.

8:41When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:22Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

9:53Effortlessly, rest into the arms of God.

10:13Take this verse with you.

10:18Never walk away from someone who deserves help.

10:23Your hand is God's hand for that person.

10:39God, I know you're always with me.

10:45Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:50Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:57I trust your plan for my life.
