0:01Let's go ahead and get comfortable in your bed or in your chair.

0:09And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:20Take a moment to consider this verse and prayer.

0:27"Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning." And again, "Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning." Now bring your attention

1:04to the breath, taking some nice, slow, deep, full breaths.

1:23In through the nose and letting go out through the mouth.

1:53Deep breath in, and feel the body expand.

2:02And slowly exhaling, letting all the air out of the lungs.

2:15Let the breath be natural.

2:19Let the breath naturally relax the body.

2:38Feel the stomach and the chest rise with each inhale.

2:48And feel the body relax with each exhale.

3:26Feel the weight of the body in the bed or the chair.

3:40As you breathe, allow the face to soften and let go.

3:59Allow the forehead to relax and the jaw to fall away from the face.

4:23Just relaxing and releasing.

4:48Now, let go of the breath.

4:54Let it find a nice, natural, effortless rhythm.

5:02Simply let go.

5:32Now, bring your awareness to the space around the body.

5:47Notice any sensations on the skin.

5:59Feel the clothes on the skin.

6:06Feel the temperature of the room.

6:27Listen to the sounds in the room, with a nice easy focus.

7:06Notice the rise and the fall of the breath.

7:19The air moving in and the air moving out.

7:38Without even having to think about it, it just happens.

7:43The breath breathes itself.

8:17Feel the inhale and relax.

8:23Allow the exhale and let go.

8:49This is a safe place.

8:53There's no need to rush.

8:57God is watching over you and He loves you.

9:06There's no goal.

9:09There's no destination.

9:35Allow your awareness to rest with the presence of God.

9:56Take this verse with you, "Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning." God, I know you're always with me.

10:24Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:29Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

10:36I trust your plan for my life.
