0:01Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:16And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:29Let your mind rest with this verse and prayer, "But the Lord is faithful.

0:40He will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one." And again, "But the Lord is faithful.

0:57He will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one." Now, take some nice deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

1:51Just watching the breath, watching the rise and the fall of the chest, listening to the sounds of your breath.

3:03Notice your feelings and emotions, just taking note of them and then coming back to the feeling of the breath.

3:54And now bring your attention to the heart.

4:14Let your awareness settle onto the heartbeat.

4:39Allow your awareness to fall and move inward, finding that place where you feel loved.

5:25Feel that sense of natural peace that can only be found in God's presence.

5:51Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

6:20Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

6:34Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

7:01Take a few nice big, deep breaths in.

7:23Allow your body and mind to relax.

7:46Nothing else matters right now.

7:50There is nowhere to go, there's nothing to do.

7:58Here you are.

8:22Allow your body to relax and feel the calm of God's presence.

9:02The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

9:09Don't resist the thoughts.

9:12Don't force them back.

9:15Be friendly with your thoughts.

9:21When it feels natural, come back to the feeling of relaxation in the body.

9:58Now, without changing the breath, notice the quiet sound of your breathing.

10:24Take this verse with you, "But the Lord is faithful.

10:30He will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one." God, I know you're always with me.

10:51Thank you for all of your blessings.

10:56Help me to relax and let go in your presence.

11:03I trust your plan for my life.
