0:00God is good.

0:02That's a simple concept that we don't think much about, but it's really a profound truth.

0:10God is good, and He is always good, 100% of the time.

0:16As you go about your day today, think about the goodness of God and His love for you.

0:25Okay.

0:27Let's begin by getting comfortable and taking a few deep breaths.

0:37As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:49Now take a moment to consider this verse, "Each day, He carries us in His arms." And again, "Each day, He carries us in His arms." Keeping your eyes closed,

1:33bring your awareness to the space around the room.

1:47Just noticing the sounds in the room and the sensations on the body.

1:58Welcome these sensations as part of the practice.

2:14When it feels comfortable, take some nice deep breaths.

2:31Real easy, deep breaths.

2:46Now begin to slow down the inhale.

2:53Long, slow, deep inhalation, and then let the breath out, and relax.

3:07Again, take another long, slow, deep breath in, filling up the body, and then let the exhale come naturally.

3:25With each breath, let your mind relax.

3:41Allow your feelings to release and become a prayer to God.

4:00Now, for a few moments, let go of the focused attention and let your awareness rest.

4:13You are loved.

4:33And now, bring your attention to the heartbeat.

4:46Allow its rhythm to relax the body.

4:58As you begin to relax, bring your attention to the weight of the body.

5:22Allow the arms and the legs to become heavy.

5:34Allow the face to soften, all the way down through the neck.

5:47Soften the skin.

5:55Allow the corners of the eyes to relax.

6:04Let the shoulders fall away from the ears.

6:14Release the elbows.

6:23Let the wrists and the hands relax.

6:35Soften the chest and the stomach.

6:46Release the hips and the thighs.

6:58Relax the calves, all the way down to the ankles.

7:14Allow the entire body to let go and totally relax.

7:37There is nowhere to go; you are exactly where you're supposed to be.

7:59Take this verse with you.

8:03Each day, He carries us in His arms.

8:19Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling of your breath.

8:27Listen to the sound of your breathing.

8:31And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take another deep breath in.

8:41Give yourself a stretch and sit back and relax.

8:46Remember to take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.

8:53I hope you feel better.

8:56Take care, and we'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
