0:00Gratitude opens your heart to be able to see and recognize all the good things in your life.

0:08When you're thankful, you become more aware of the things that you would normally overlook.

0:15Gratitude just makes us better.

0:18It brings new life to your soul.

0:24Let's begin by noticing the weight of the body, allowing the body to relax into the chair.

0:40And as the body begins to relax, allow your eyes to close.

0:51Take a moment to consider this verse: "He fills my ears with good things, and I am made young again, like the eagle." And again, "He fills my ears with

1:14good things, and I am made young again, like the eagle." Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

1:42Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

1:52Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

2:07Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly, and then exhale, controlling the breath.

2:24Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

2:33This is all that matters right now.

2:42Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

2:49Release it to God.

3:00Today is a new day with new opportunities.

3:14Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your Creator, who loves you.

3:32Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

3:49Remember, this is a place of love.

3:55Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

4:01God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

4:13Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

4:37With a gentle curiosity, begin to notice the breath.

4:55Make the breath deep and full of life.

5:01Allow that fresh air to fill up the lungs, and then relax the body as you exhale.

5:30Let your body become heavy as your mind continues to relax.

5:39You are exactly where you need to be.

6:00And now, come to the heartbeat.

6:07Maybe even listen for its rhythm.

6:22Just relaxing and releasing.

6:37If the thoughts take you away, that's okay.

6:43When it's easy, bring your awareness back to the heartbeat.

7:03Just listen to your heartbeat and the gentle sound of your breath.

7:22Let your breath act as an anchor to this moment and this practice.

7:41With each breath, allow yourself to rest further into the calm of God's love.

8:04Take this verse with you, "He fills my years with good things, and I am made young again like the eagle." When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to

8:33the room.

8:35Just noticing the room with a gentle appreciation.

8:41And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly open.

8:48Take a moment to notice how you feel.

8:52I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

8:55We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
