0:00One day, everything that we strive for will be gone.

0:05Everything that you worry about and stress over will come to an end, but you will not.

0:14You are as eternal as the stars, created to love and to live forever.

0:23Take this moment right now to pause and think about what matters most.

0:33Okay, let's begin by getting comfortable.

0:40Take a few nice big, deep breaths.

0:47And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:58Take a moment to consider this verse: Three things will last forever: faith, hope, and love.

1:11And the greatest of these is love.

1:21And again, three things will last forever: faith, hope, and love.

1:30And the greatest of these is love.

1:47Now, bring your attention to the way the breath feels, and take a few deep breaths.

2:06Gently expand the chest on the inhale, and then let the body soften on the exhale.

2:26With each breath, there's new life entering the body.

2:42As you breathe, begin to soften the body, starting at the top of the head.

2:57Allow the shoulders to fall away from the ears.

3:08Feel gravity push the body down into the chair.

3:20Now, gently bring your awareness to the space around the body.

3:35Feel the air on the skin.

3:43Notice the temperature of the air.

3:57And now, gently move your awareness to the heartbeat.

4:11Allow the rhythm of the heartbeat to relax the body.

4:24Let your awareness rest deeper in the presence of God.

4:34Simply let go.

4:51Now, consciously begin to relax your muscles.

5:07Begin to notice how the body feels.

5:22Just scanning the body from the head down to the toes.

5:42Consciously relaxing any areas of tightness or tension.

6:13Take a few big, deep breaths in.

6:30Notice how the breath changes the body.

6:46Just relaxing and releasing, allowing your body to totally let go.

7:10If the thoughts take you away, that's okay.

7:16Thoughts are a normal part of meditation.

7:21You aren't holding onto the thoughts or the feelings, you're just allowing them to bubble up and out.

7:38You're releasing those thoughts to God.

7:54Now, for a moment or two, allow your awareness to rest deeper into God's love.

8:17Take this verse with you, "Three things will last forever, faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of these is love." Slowly bring your awareness back to the body, and

8:51when you feel ready, allow your eyes to open.

8:58Take a moment to notice how your body feels.

9:05I hope you feel a little better.

9:09We'll see you again tomorrow with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.

9:15Remember, be easy with yourself.
