0:00In the Bible, God has a lot of things to say about you.
0:05The most important things He says is that you're His, and that you're loved.
0:12You are enough, just as you are.
0:16You are the eternal object of His affection, and He will always love you.
0:24Okay.
0:25Let's begin by getting comfortable and taking a few deep breaths.
0:36As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.
0:48Now, take a moment to consider this verse: "I drew a picture of you on my hand.
0:59You are always before my eyes." Again, "I drew a picture of you on my hand.
1:17You are always before my eyes." Now, bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.
1:47Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them with an easy curiosity.
2:11Now, take a few deep breaths and allow the body to relax a little more with each exhale.
2:33With each passing thought, allow your awareness to rest deeper into God's love.
2:52Now, begin to deepen the breath.
3:03Inhale slowly and lengthen the breath, and then exhale, letting go of the breath.
3:21And then right back into the next inhale, slow it down and make it deep.
3:39And then exhale.
3:42Let the body relax.
3:59Now, allow your breath to settle, and let your mind settle with it.
4:18Give yourself space just to be who you are, a child of God.
4:41Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.
4:58Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.
5:14Let go of your worries, and focus your attention on the breath.
5:37Nothing else matters right now.
5:42You are here.
5:45There's nothing to do but relax.
6:05Allow your body to honor the natural calm given by God's presence.
6:20Just listening to the breath, noticing the rise and the fall of the chest.
6:37Deep breath in, expanding the body, and then exhale, letting your awareness rest.
7:00Take another deep breath as you feel your lungs expand.
7:10And exhale, following the air back out through the mouth.
7:23The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.
7:42With each breath, effortlessly rest into the arms of God.
8:05Take this verse with you: "I drew a picture of you on my hand.
8:15You are always before my eyes." Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling of your breath.
8:38Listen to the sound of your breathing.
8:42And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take another deep breath in.
8:52Give yourself a stretch and sit back and relax.
8:57Remember to take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.
9:04I hope you feel better.
9:07Take care, and we'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
