0:00In my life, the times that really stick with me, or caused me to change my opinion, are those times when I felt a deep sense of love.

0:11People rarely change because of something they were told, but people do change when they're loved.

0:19Love believes the best in people and sees them for what they can become.

0:25Love changes us into our better selves.

0:31Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:43And when you feel ready, let your eyes slowly close.

0:54Now, take a moment to consider this verse.

1:00Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others.

1:14And again.

1:18Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others.

1:40Now, bring your attention to the position of the body.

1:48Make sure you can breathe in an open and natural way.

2:01Allow the chest to open and take a few nice, deep breaths.

2:13Let the breath fill the body up with life.

2:27With each breath, you're bringing your awareness into this moment.

2:41Relax and allow God to speak to you in the way that He wants.

2:57Let your thoughts go, and allow your awareness to rest in this moment.

3:17If your thoughts wander off, that's okay.

3:23It's natural for the thoughts to drift.

3:37As best you can, leave those thoughts right where they are, and come back to that feeling of your body.

3:57Our feelings and emotions can distract us from the natural calm of God's love.

4:09There isn't anything to discover.

4:14It's always been there.

4:23This is a safe place.

4:26God loves you.

4:41Gradually, and with ease, bring your awareness to rest on your breath.

4:57Feel the body rise with each inhale, and then allow your awareness to rest in a little more with each exhale.

5:29Notice how with each breath, the body feels a little calmer.

5:48Begin to notice the space around the body.

6:02Feel the contact of the body on the chair, and your feet on the floor.

6:18When you feel comfortable, begin to scan the entire body to build up a picture of what the body feels like.

6:33Piece by piece, release any areas of tension.

6:46Let go of your stress.

6:49Let go of your anxiety.

6:55You are exactly where you're meant to be.

7:08Allow that natural rhythm of the breath to relax you.

7:29Let your breath guide you to a place of safety in the presence of God.

7:50You are accepted here.

7:53You are loved.

8:09Take this verse with you.

8:13Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others.

8:32Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling of the body.

8:39Notice the weight of the body on the chair.

8:43And when you feel ready, allow your eyes to open and take a nice deep breath.

8:53Notice how your breath changes the way you feel.

8:58I hope you feel a little more in touch with God.

9:04We'll see you again next time, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
