0:00It's so easy to judge others.

0:03In fact, it's a natural part of life.

0:06Discernment is part of navigating life.

0:11But as we go through life, remember that God's will is for us to love others.

0:19Let God's love guide your thoughts and actions today.

0:26Okay.

0:27Let's begin by getting comfortable, taking a few nice, big, deep breaths.

0:40And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:50Now, take a moment to consider this verse: "God sent His Son into the world.

1:01He did not send Him to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through Him." And again, "God sent His Son into the world.

1:22He did not send Him to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through Him." As you relax, allow God's presence of peace to wash over you.

2:02Let your breath fill your body and relax your muscles.

2:18As your breath relaxes your body, bring your attention to the heartbeat.

2:37Just noticing the quiet rhythm of your heartbeat.

2:50Allow that rhythm and stillness to calm your mind, to relax your body.

3:10Let go of any feelings of stress or worry.

3:26God is taking care of you.

3:41Allow those feelings to go.

3:49You are safe here.

4:00And if thoughts take you away, that's okay.

4:06Be easy with the thoughts.

4:11Just remember, you can always come back to the breath and the heartbeat.

4:29Let yourself relax, and allow God to speak to your heart.

4:47When it feels comfortable, take a few nice, deep breaths in, really making a point to expand the body and expand the chest.

5:17Notice how the breath makes you feel.

5:32Now, let the breath begin to settle.

5:45As your breath begins to settle, allow the body to become heavy.

6:03Notice any sensations in the body.

6:08See if you're holding on to any tension.

6:23Maybe the body is tight, or maybe it's not.

6:29Either is okay.

6:45You're just scanning the body, looking for any areas of tightness, and letting them release.

7:03And if the mind drifts away in thought, slowly bring it back to the feelings in the body and the breath.

7:23Your body knows how to relax.

7:34You don't have to think about it for it to happen.

7:39You are simply uncovering the calm that was always present.

7:55Let your awareness rest in the arms of God.

8:14Take this verse with you, "God sent His son into the world.

8:22He did not send Him to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through Him." Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the body, maybe even move

8:51your fingers and toes a little bit.

8:55When it feels natural, allow your eyes to slowly open.

9:02Take another big, deep breath in, and let it out with a sigh.

9:09Notice how you feel.

9:11I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:14We'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
